We are leading Voluntary Agency Sponsored by Ministry of Human Resource Development of School Education & Literacy, Govt. Of India working in the field of literacy linked vocational skill Development training to non literate, neoliterate & rudimentary level of education.

We are looking for a dynamic person as head of the organization as Director.

Essential:

1. Minimum Second class Master Degree from a recognized University/Institution or Equivalent.   

2. 7 Year experience in a supervisory capacity preferably, but not necessarily in the field of Education of Social Science.

3. Working knowledge in the local Language.

Desirable: 

1. Experience in administration/ Management.

2. Experience in leading a team.

3. Experience in heading an organization.

4. Experience in guiding, Conducting of research or evaluation.

Age: Not exceeding  55  years  on  the  last date  of  receipt  of  application.

Emoluments: Consol idated Emolument of Rs. 25, 000/ per month.

Contract: The  position shall  be  field  on  contract  of transfer or deputation  for period ordinals not exceeding 5 years out of which  first  year will  be  the probation  period.
