Qualification: HS/GRADUATE

Monthly Earnings(Salary) –10900/-(Fixed salary)+ Commission+ Incentive+ Petrol (T & C Apply)

Brief about the Job Profile: Job Profile – Professional sale trainee |

To lead a team of 5 members. Responsible for team training & development . Role play , field coach etc . Visiting the consumer home, Retail outlets etc Initiate customer for company’s product AG/VC/EA and let them know their benefit in our daily life |

Taking Appointments |
|
Giving demonstration of products to the customer |
|
Closing the sell |
|
Collection of payment from the customer & submitting the payment to the office & other administrative work |
|
Daily maintenance of correct customer data in daily activity report |
|
Taking initiative in increasing sale through road show, exhibition, camp, visiting colleges, hospitals, corporate etc. |
|
Coordination with service department to ensure customer satisfaction |
