Job Profile
Reporting: Centre Manager
Type: Full time
Place: Bongaigaon

Compensation: 1 to 1.5 Lacs per annum

Title: Computer and Accounts Trainer
Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective Training, computer and accounts skills to the youth, from basics to advanced technological and finance related aspects.
• Responsible for the complete computer training for the youth in TALLY, MS Office and other popular software available in market.
• Responsible for supporting the Accounts department and imparting the knowledge related to accounts to the youth,
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards at the centre.
• Apply innovative teaching tools in their sessions to generate impact and also keep a check on absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration.
• Be able to manage their time well between the Admin responsibilities as well as training's at the head office and other centers if necessary.
• Assist in post training & placement of the youth.
• Responsible for maintaining records at the center.
• Conduct weekly / fortnightly / monthly assessments at the centre and evaluate the progress.
• Develop cordial relationship with the candidates and segregate them as per their needs and capabilities with respect to employment.
• Assist in mobilization, registration, screening, enrollment of the right candidates in the assigned district for the respective vocation.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Graduation / Masters in computers and (or) accounts.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS office, analytics and accounts.
• Candidate with training experience of 2 to 3 years in the particular domain would be preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Thorough knowledge of Computers, Accounts and ability to answer student queries is a must. Working knowledge of local language, apart from English would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Technology and ability to generate interest in the subject.
• Connect with Social sector and social work is preferable, but not mandatory.
