Application are invited in prescribed Form of application as published Assam Gazette Part-IX from the intending candidates for recruitment to Grade-III Posts- Section Assistant under Kaliabor & Intd. Kollong Electrical Division (Irrigation) Nagaon as stated below.
1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5-8 of the Constitution of India.
2. The Candidates must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange and registration No. and date must be mentioned in their application.
3. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.
4. Age of the Candidates shall not be less than 18 years or more than 38 years as on 01.01.2014. The Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST (P) & ST (H) candidates as per prevailing Govt. rule.
5. The application should enclosed with attested copies of all testimonials regarding qualification, Age, Cast, Employment Exchange registration card etc. along with 3 copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate.
6. The application should addressed and submit to Office of the Executive Engineer, Kaliabor & Intd. Kollong Electrical Division (Irrigation) Nagaon, Teliagaon, Assam on or before 16th February/2015 during office hours.
7. A written test will be held for 100 marks. (Mathematics - 35, English - 35 & General Knowledge - 30 marks.)
8. The date of written Examination will be stated in the calling letters to be issued to the candidates later on.
9. Successful candidates in written tests will be called for viva-voce.
10. A Self address envelope of 10" x 4.5" affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 5/- (five) must be enclosed with the application.
11. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for attending the test/interview.
CONDITION
1. The appointees shall be abiding by the Govt. new Pension Rule.
2. Incomplete application shall summarily be rejected.
3. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
4. The application with all other testimonials/documents should be put inside an envelope.
5. Application receipt after the schedule date fixed will not be entertained.
