Nursing College, Dibrugarh, payable at State Bank of India, AMC Branch, Dibrugarh )Branch Code 10672) with 2 (Two) copies of recent passport size photographs, self attested copies of all educational/ other testimonials/ Caste Certificate/ Permanent Residence Certificate are to be enclosed with the application. Incomplete applications or those not accompanied by the supporting documents will be summarily rejected.
